Federal Signal SLM100 StreamLine® Modular Multifunctional LED Beacon
The Federal Signal SLM100 offers a multifunctional LED beacon with high optical performance. Developed with a multiple input technology, Model SLM100 allows three separate light effects (steady, flashing and rotating) controllable via wiring selection.
The steady light option offers a conspicuous and consistent light signal. The flashing mode consists of a triple-flash strobe effect ideal for all applications where an immediate attention gain is mandatory. The rotating light offers a traditional rotating beacon effect without moving parts, which enhances product life.
Federal Signal SLM100 body material is a self extinguishing polycarbonate material with high impact and UV resistance suitable for outdoor applications.
Key features include:
- Compatible with 12-24VAC/DC or 120-240VAC (Voltage is dependent on selected base – sold separately)
- PLC compatible with PNP or NPN connections (Except Dock Base, only NPN)
- Three separate inputs: steady, flashing and rotating
- 100,000 hour LED
- Five LED lamp/lens colors: Amber, Blue, Clear, Green and Red
- Seven mounting base options
- Type 4X, IP66 enclosure
- IP69K compliant (IP69K with select bases SLMBS, SLMBD, SLMBP and included SLM-RR accessory)

Mounting bases are rated Type 4X. Final product rating is determined by top module. In combination with SLM100 the unit is Type 4X, IP66. For IP69K compliance, pair with shallow, deep or pipe mount base and included retaining ring (SLM-RR).
