Tyco MIM800 Mini Input Module 555.800.001
The Tyco Minerva MX MIM800 (555.800.001) is a small addressable module designed for monitoring a single input circuit. Tyco MIM800 555.800.001 can monitor normally open or normally closed inputs and provides open and short circuit monitoring of the line.
Tyco MIM800 555-800-001 is designed for fitting in small devices such as flow switches, special detection devices and explosion proof callpoints. A variant of the MIM800 is used in all call points and pull stations.
Tyco MIM800 can be programmed to supervise:
- One circuit of multiple normally-open contacts, with short circuit alarm
- One circuit of multiple normally-closed contacts, with open circuit alarm
- One circuit with a single normally-open contact, closing for alarm, with fault detection for short circuit. This requires a 100 ohm resistor in series with the alarm contact and appropriate programming at the MX CIE.
